A SAFE AND PRIVATE HOLIDAY
Even in these unprecedented times, the Garden Village resort is a perfectly safe choice for a holiday. To make sure our guests can enjoy a particularly private and safe stay, we have arranged everything necessary for a completely carefree holiday. All our accommodations are self-contained units surrounded by nature, providing guests with all the privacy they need. Safety is ensured through all the necessary measures – social distancing measures are in place in all communal areas, and all facilities and objects are disinfected on a regular basis. We look forward to your visit and new experiences.
SAFETY
The resort’s large size and the spacious deck allow for a safe distance from other guests.
PRIVACY
Our accommodation facilities offer a private yard, terrace or balcony. Some of them also feature a private kitchen and bathroom.
DISINFECTION
All the facilities and frequently-touched surfaces (door handles, switches etc.) are regularly and thoroughly disinfected.
Garden Village Bled is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Bled, one of Slovenia's most beautiful sights and a great starting point for exploring the rest of Slovenia and the nearby European cities. It takes a mere 3 minutes to walk to Lake Bled and 15–20 minutes to get to the centre of the town. The closest bus stop is Bled Mlino, 300 metres from the resort (a 3-minute walk), and the nearest train station is 5 km away (a 10-minute drive). Also nearby is the Lesce Alpine Flying Centre (Alpski letalski center Lesce; 7 km, about 13 minutes away by car), where you can book some wonderful scenic flights. You can reach Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, by car (51 km, approximately 40 minutes), by bus or by train. Postojna Cave, Slovenia's most visited tourist attraction, is 115 km from here (1 hr 15 min by car), the seaside town of Koper 155 km away (1 hr 45 min), the resort town of Portorož and the fairy tale-like Piran 170 km away (2 hrs). The Ljubljana Airport is a 35-km drive away and takes 30 minutes to get to.
OPENING TIMES
During the wintertime, the reception is open from 7:00 to 21:00.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, you can check in after 14:00. On the day of departure, you are kindly asked to leave your accommodation unit by 10:00.
PARKING AND VEHICLE CHARGING
During your stay, parking and electric vehicle charging are available for free in our outside parking area.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast full of tasty foods made of fresh local ingredients is included in the accommodation price and served at the restaurant daily between 7:00 and 10:00.
WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. Of course, if you decide to read a book, you won't even need it.
PETS
Our gardens and flower beds have too many temptations for pets. Therefore, during your stay at the resort, your pets have to stay at home.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Diners).
